 Face Lift is a procedure, that in Dr. Grossman’s opinion should be performed only in individuals who have been subjected to marked weight gain and loss in the their life time or individuals with a very poor skin tone. Such patients require excess skin removal in the face and neck. This results in a tighter appearance of the face and neck area.
It is Dr. Grossman’s belief, that a face lift should be reserved for the group of patients who have had Bariatric Surgery for weight loss. Such patients must have a combined procedure of a Face Lift and Fat Grafting.
Dr. Grossman has been performing facial rejuvenation surgery primarily though Fat Grafting Technique, which has allowed him to create much younger looking patients with permanent and natural looking results, without the risks of a face lift or the scars associated with surgery.
